Reza is a multidisciplinary artist, storyteller, and maker at heart. Passionate about visuals that resonate, he moves seamlessly across animation, live action, video games, design, and photography—whatever it takes to craft something unforgettable. He’s directed and produced world tour visuals for U2, Lionel Richie, Westlife, America’s Got Talent, Gerry Cinnamon, YUNGBLUD and most recently, Cyndi Lauper. As well as Aston Martin’s F1 75th Anniversary.

JORGE AGUILERA

A director, producer, and entrepreneur, Jorge Aguilera has spent over two decades pushing the boundaries of storytelling and filmmaking. With a foundation in film history and theory from London, a deep understanding of working with actors honed in New York, and a thriving career in directing and producing in Mexico City and Los Angeles, his award-winning work spans music videos, documentaries, feature films, and commercials.

Jorge has been both a founder and a key creative force behind renowned production companies in Latin America and the US.

Ale first came to Mexico for love—his first feature film brought him to the Guadalajara Film Festival, and he never looked back. From a promising young producer to a seasoned company owner, Ale has mastered the art of balancing success with reinvention—always chasing the bold ideas that break the mold.
